BAHERIA FOUNDATION COLLEGE, GULZAR-E-QUAID CAMPUS

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED; 

• Master degree in English, Sciences subjects, Condidates having M.Ed, B.Ed will be preferred.
• 12-15 year experience in teaching and administration
• Minimum 5 year experience as Principal or head of Institute are desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Administrative and Financial management of the school and all related matters.
• Academic management of the school, teacher and student along with maintaining liaisons with local authorities, concerned boards, district office, media and governoments agencies.smooth running of the institution.
• Control Teaching and administrative staff along with organising Thier duties.
• To insure discipline and safety of promises, students and staff.
• Syllabus evaluation/ update at per the trends and Requirements.

Other Skills:

• Excellent oral and Communication skills.
• Interpersonal and interrelated skills.
• Well versed with MS office
• Human Resources management
• Ability to operate and monitor ISMS.

Additional Eligibility
